Rainbow screen on the Raspberry Pi

The Raspberry Pi rainbow screen appears normally for a brief moment when the Raspberry Pi tests its GPU. The Raspberry Pi 4 won't show the rainbow screen during boot up, however, sometimes the device can become stuck on the rainbow screen no matter what Pi board you are working with. Most common reason for this is the SD card is corrupted and the software on it need to be reflashed and reinstalled on the Pi board.
