Can I run Raspberry Pi OS on a Raspberry Pi Pico?

No. unlike the Raspberry Pi 4, the Raspberry Pi Pico does not run a full desktop operating system like the Raspberry Pi 4. The Pi Pico executes code directly without a desktop interface.
