Once an order ships from our warehouse located in central New Jersey you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please be sure to correctly enter your email address on the customer information screen as this can be an issue with receiving any communication regarding your shipment or order in general.
Once you receive the email with the tracking number the order will be handed off to the carrier that same day. If you have not received any emails from Vilros after placing an order please check your SPAM folder.
Please bear in mind that we do not have any control over the shipment once the package is in the carriers system. Updates to the tracking of the delivery are done by the carrier and not by Vilros.
