Once you place your order, it will ship typically the next business day. We ship only Monday through Friday and Federal Holidays there are no package carrier pickups. 

After your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number that you can track yourself. Tracking information is updated only by the carrier and not by Vilros. 

*In the event you get a text and/or email that your order has been delivered and you have not received it you can contact us with the information below and we will look into where the delivery is.
